What are protected keys?
In order to ensure that nobody can make unauthorised copies of your key, it must have three types of protection:
1. Technical key protection
EVVA locking systems are developed in the in-house construction department and are of a very high technical standard. Manufacture can only be carried out using specially constructed machines. Therefore the keys can only be produced on the EVVA site itself.
2. Organisational key protection
Only the authorised key owner may place a repeat order for a key. This is ensured through the use of a security card that is supplied with the cylinder upon purchase.
3. Legal key protection
All EVVA locking systems and key profiles are patented. This means that nobody may produce an EVVA key without express permission from EVVA.
